Family Office Risk Management

A small bit of housekeeping: Please check your spam folder to be sure my personal email marc@tfoatx.com is on your safe senders list. A few people are having issues receiving messages due to their router incorrectly blocking the www.tfoatx.com domain address. Thank you!

While most family offices are founded to provide investment and concierge services for the family perhaps the most  important role of an SFO is to monitor and manage risk. With all investments and related activities managed by a single team, the SFO is in a better position than any individual family member, advisor, or external service provider to measure risk systematically and ensure the family's assets are protected.

TFOA's latest short video introduces some of the basic concepts of family office risk management and provides a general risk management framework you can utilize to analyze any risk threatening your organization.

Please enjoy and feel free to share this video with others if you find it helpful. Thank you!

If you'd like to stay in touch on a more frequent basis, please follow us on LinkedIn and Twitter. In the meantime, please check out our free library of family office whitepapers at Publications. Thank you!
